Horse Racing Tips for Flemington 18/1/25

We’re back at Flemington this Saturday and after a rough patch, it’s time to turn things around with a juicy each-way play later in the card.

With the rail out 9m I expect the track to favour horses that can sit up on speed, especially in circle races.

Flemington has been playing tempo-dependent recently, with pace dictating where winners can come from.

For straight races look for runners making their way towards the outer half of the track, which seems likely to be the advantageous lane on the day.
