Hunter hits his Mark again

 AAP

Just quietly, how good is Mark Hunter going?

The pro tipster and proude Melburnian found yet another profit for his followers last Saturday.

He tipped three winners from the nine race card at The Valley, which generated 20% POT for punters.

This took his all-time POT up to 3%, after almost 1,000 bets placed in the past 365 days.

What made last Saturday's win at the Valley extra special is that if you followed Hunter's staking plan, you would've walked away with an even more moula.

If you'd like to purchase Hunter's Saturday racing tips for this weekend including his exclusive staking plan, you can do that here.

Or, for a recap of his results last week, read on.

Mark Hunter's horse racing tips review at Moonee Valley 24th August 2019:

Race 1: #1 Shot Of Irish (Medium)

This wasn't the way Hunter's followers wanted to start the day.

Shot of Irish looked the goods entering the home straight.

But Junipal made a strong run to relegate Hunter's tip to 2nd.

Race 2: #11 Dabiyr (Medium)

Punters weren't licking their wounds for long though.

Dabiyr's brilliant victory in the second put a smile on their face.

Dabiyr was dominant, getting to the front and just burning them inside the final sections, to win by more than four lengths.

He paid a good $3.50 on starting price.

Race 3: #7 Deserved (Low)

Deserved ran a solid race at a big price.

He picked up a cheque in 4th place.

Race 4: #9 Fabric (Medium)

Fabric was another who ran a solid race.

She made good ground in the home straight to sneak into a placing.

On a day where the leaders had the advantage, this performance was better than it looked.

Race 5: #2 Bons Away (High)

Hunter's followers were burning after this result.

Bons Away stormed home, and looked set to reel in the leader Assertive Approach.

But the favourite was just too strong, holding out Bons Away by a head.

Race 7: #3 Condo's Express (Medium)

For the second time on Saturday, Hunter made his followers forget about their rotten luck by finding a winner.

Condo's Express was given the perfect ride by Linda Meech, and he won comfortably in the end.

He paid as much as $3.90 on the Victorian tote.

Race 8: #11 Tavisan (High)

Hunter went back-to-back when Tavisan made every post a winner in the penultimate race on the card.

This favourite was just far too good for them.

He paid $2.40 on the Victorian tote.

Race 9: #12 Charossa (Medium)

It was another second place finish here, to the curses of Hunter's followers.

A bit more luck next week and a huge profit is on the cards.
