We went very close to a perfect result at Moonee Valley last week, with 3 out of 4 early market mover selections saluting.
Punters who jumped on each of the tips at the time of publication ended up with 33% Profit on Turnover for the day.
This week strong betting action has been seen once again in Melbourne, where we hope to continue the good form.
There's also been some eyebrow raising moves in Sydney, with a number of horses singled out for special attention by pro punters at Randwick.
Flemington Tips
South Parade
Has the key jockey booking of Ben Melham, which indicates the galloper is now ready.
He ran home well last start at Mornington to finish 7 of 14 over 1200m, and he could improve dramatically now out to 1420m.
This appears to be a classic John Sadler set up, where he's placed a horse to perfection. Yes.
Miss Mandito
The stable thought highly enough of her to make the trip from SA last start and she did run well to place 3 of 13 at Caulfield.
She was possibly unsuited last start when getting well back over the 1200m and steadied at a key stage.
Ridden closer here and now rock hard fit, expect her to again be fighting out the finish.
Front Page
Deserves his chance in city grade after chalking up impressive back-to-back wins in the bush.
He won by a massive 9.6 lengths two starts back at Albury and whilst this is a huge leap in class to stakes level, he is up to it.
From his likely leading position, any cheap mid-race sectional should give him a strong winning chance.
Order Of Command
Has a touch of class and does drop back in grade here from Group 1 level of the Goodwood, where he finished 5 of 14.
He loves Flemington (10:3-4-0) and again has the services of the leading rider Damien Oliver.
Expect him to smoke the pipe back in the field, before unleashing hell to run home over the top late.
Randwick Tips
Tejori
Was unsuited by the Heavy track here last start and with a drying surface likely on this occasion, expect her to improve.
With noted front running rider Nash Rawiller engaged, they are likely to show good intent and press forward to take a handy position.
Lightly raced and already proven around the Randwick circuit, she can return to winning form.
Longbottom
Has not finished out of the placings at his past four starts and was well supported ($6.50 into $5.50) to win here last start.
He came with an ultra impressive run from the rear last time, to finish close enough when 3 of 10.
J Mac sticking is an excellent lead, as he usually has his pick of the entire field.
Southern Lad
Is racing consistently and does enjoy this track and distance (6:2-2-1).
He drops back from stakes grade company last start, when he only just missed by 0.2 lengths behind a smart one in Classique Legend.
This looks much weaker and he can easily atone for the narrow defeat last time out.
Convinced
Carried the grandstand (61.5kg) last start here and now drops way down in weight to only 56kg.
He had good support late last start after firming into $5.00 from $6.50 openers, before finishing 3 of 9. This SP profile is a strong indicator that he is going very well.
The weight relief and Bowman loyalty suggests he can win.
