31/5/19 Horse Racing Tips & Best Bets: David Gately review
How Gator got on
David Gately had an impressive day's tipping on Saturday.
He was a busy man last week, doing the form for Flemington, Randwick and Eagle Farm.
His 27 tips produced a profit for the day, which is a cracking effort considering how wide he cast his net.
His best track was Randwick, where he produced 6 winners including a four-race hot streak,.
Those who honed in on Gator's Sydney tips would've had a day to remember.

David Gately's horse racing tips review at Randwick 25 May 2019
Race 1: #5 Reloaded
This favourite was a popular selection amongst punters and media tipsters alike.
Despite running a good race, it only finished second in the end, to a fast-finishing Prince Fawaz.
Race 2: #3 Lifesaver
Gator's standout tip of the day was Lifesaver.
Matthew Dunn always seems to bring the right horses to these highway races and he did the trick again.
Lifesaver saluted at $7.50, but Gator tipped it to you at one point better, at $8.50.
Race 3: #2 Nobu
Chris Waller has got a good gelding on his hands with Nobu.
It was the class runner in the race, and proved all of that on Saturday, carrying an elephant to victory over 2000 metres.
Race 4: #4 Wolfe - Best Bet
Gator made it three winners in a row with Wolfe, that franked it's red-hot favouritism with a gutsy win.
When Gately tipped him, he was as long as $2.05.
The price firmed right in to $1.60, so getting on early was again the key.
Making the victory extra special was the fact that it was Gator's best bet in Sydney.
Race 5: #5 Kolding
Gately's winning streak extended to four here.
He tipped his followers another Waller-trained gelding, that proved to be too good.
Kolding won by a comfortable 2 lengths in the end.
Race 6: #15 Gododdin
The streak ended with this Godolphin runner, that finished a long way back in 13th.
Race 7: #13 Organza
This was another good racing tip from Gately.
Unfortunately, it couldn't quite get the win, and finished 2nd.
However, at a decent $2 price for the place, those who went each way got their money back.
Race 8: #15 Deprive
Yet another winner from Gator here.
This time, the Godolphin runner proved his talent, coming from a long way back to swamp them.
Gately tipped it at $3.60, which was great news for you if you got on then.
That's because it firmed all the way into $2.30, in a huge go.
Race 9: #22 November Man
There was another big plunge on this horse.
Gator tipped it at $7, and it shortened all the way to $4.80.
But most importantly, it won the race.
Christian Reith sat out the back, before unleashing his mount at the top of the straight.
It let down with a huge run, and ended up winning handsomely.
