Summer betting plunges

The strong betting moves continue to arrive in early markets and punters have again unleashed on both the Melbourne and Sydney cards this week.

There is one move at healthy odds ($26) which creates plenty of interest and a number of others that exhibit ultra impressive historical SP profiles.

Flemington early betting movers

Flemington tips

Social Spin

Was good first-up at Moonee Valley when placing 2 of 6 over 1200m. Now gets to 1410m and the wide-open spaces of Flemington, which is the key.

He kept working to the line at the Valley when only warming up late and can go one better here with more room.

The Weir stable have clearly told connections to have a bet and they appear to have followed that instruction with the nice move in early betting. Yes.

Muraahib

This is one of the stronger betting moves all day nationwide. He comes out of the Hayes camp which gives further confidence, after previous plunge success from the stable featured in this column.

Has been up a while now and comes via a Ballarat run where he finished 3 of 10 when caught wide and was brave enough to fight on.

He should be in the finish here, considering his tough last start effort when he had no favours.

Naantali

Is clearly the best long priced runner of the day and although well found now, still represents value at $15.

Love the SP profile where she started short and was hard in the market throughout the back end of last prep. That indicates the stable and pro punters had a good opinion of her and again have let rip here at a big price.

Her first-up form is good enough (2:1-0-0) and she can send punters home on a high.

Randwick early betting movers

Randwick tips

Sei Stella

Has already won a Highway race to round out last prep and they clearly think she is right up to going back-to-back here first-up.

The first-up record is impeccable (2:2-0-0) and with a lethal jockey/trainer combination of Ford and Dale this mare should simply win.

Will lead and be very hard to run down. Yes.

Blazing Miss

Quality 2yo who looks to have plenty of ability and has just missed in her first two race starts when heavily backed to win both.

This has not deterred the punters and the money has flowed again early for her to win third-up.

Last start she was run down right on the line when finished 2 of 7 on the Kensington surface.

Can finally break through as expected in this.

Sky Boy

Has been the subject of truckloads of money in early betting which looks to be based on a very cheap lead that he is likely to get.

He is up in grade, however punters believe he can certainly overcome the class rise.

Would need to be left alone in front at this level to be winning and may just get those conditions to suit.

Speed map favours are the key.

Fierce Impact

Dual acceptor who was entered in the feature of the day, the Villiers stakes, and instead the stable has opted to plunder the easier assignment in this.

He has a very strong SP profile where fancied in betting at almost every start and always running well.

They are likely to get back here from the wide draw, which is his preferred pattern. Given any tempo up front he will be rushing home hard over the top.

This looks the right race. Yes.

Tips from Australian pro punters and experts from the racing media all appear in the Horse Racing Tips market with validated profit statistics showing for each tipster.
