Race 8

Unusual Legacy: After being chopped out on the home turn, Unusual Legacy balanced up and finished strongly.

This was his first run over 2400m, and he clearly relished the distance.

A promising stayer in the making, he’s one to follow in similar races moving forward.

Race 9

Berkshire Shadow: The flashing light runner of the race, Berkshire Shadow had a tough run, ducking and weaving through traffic in the home straight.

Despite the challenges, he showed plenty of ability and could have finished much closer with a clearer passage.

Starting at $41, he could offer a similar value next time out.

Race 10

Briasa: Briasa raced keenly, shifting off heels and covering a lot of ground without cover.

He looked like the winner from the 400m to 200m mark but was just found wanting late, beaten by only 0.53 lengths.

Luck wasn’t on his side this time, but with his obvious talent, he’s one to watch for his next start.
