An impressive winner over the 1620m at Donald on a Soft 7, who looks well suited out to the 1800m.

He showed his upside after running the 4th fastest L200m of the meeting that day. His closing sectionals indicated he handles rain affected going and will relish a rise in trip.

This 1800m class 1 lacks depth and if Mr Shorty can repeat the dose, he'll be making it two on the trot.

 

Gunnedah Race 2 #9 Taylor The Sailor $2.50

This consistent filly is knocking on the door, placing in 5 from 10 attempts.

She had excuses at her last two runs, but is now well suited on a drier deck and from a good draw.

Look for Weir to have this girl stalking the speed before peeling off them and powering over the top late
