I want to speck this 5YO gelding who looks to improve on his three career starts so far.

He was moderate without threatening last start at Taree, after making an early move and having his fitness give out on him late.

On the quicker back up he should be much fitter now and trainer Peter Graham stays in the saddle.

The tactics will need to be perfect from the wide barrier, but he can push forward to land in the pace-setting division.

If he has a touch of luck early he looks well over the odds and can be far more competitive than his price suggests.

Third up and nearing peak fitness this 5YO mare finally gets out to the mile where she can show her best.

She was well supported last start at Taree but got too far back in the run and the jockey was very kind to her over the concluding stages.

The barrier draw of two on this occasion is much better and Andrew Gibbons takes the ride.

She will be able to land forward of midfield and just needs the gaps to open to run on strongly in the straight.
