I'm keen to stick with this 3YO filly who has plenty of untapped potential.

She rose sharply in trip last start and it told late when her fitness gave out.

Now third up and getting to the 1700m seems the perfect set-up to break through for her first win this campaign.

Aaron Bullock goes back in the saddle and from barrier 6 can settle her closer to the speed.

She looks very well placed and should be in the finish.

 

Race 2 #1 Whistling Straits $5.00

This gelding showed a great turn of foot last start at Gunnedah to just miss behind all the way leader Callie Cool.

She draws better on this occasion and gets Mitchell Bell in the saddle.

From barrier 4 he should take luck out of the equation and find the front comfortably.

Just needs some moderate splits from there to let down strongly and be hard to reel in.
