Race 1 – #9 Attractiveness

Attractiveness was outstanding first-up at Newcastle before becoming a victim of circumstances at her next two starts.

The inside draw changes everything. In a race lacking genuine speed, Cape Byron rolls to the front with Nash Rawiller, allowing Chad Schofield to settle in the leader's back and enjoy the perfect run throughout.

She hasn't reached her ceiling yet and this setup gives her every opportunity to produce a career-best performance. With clear running at the right time, she'll be extremely hard to hold out.

Race 4 – #5 Ernaux

Ernaux is a talented mare whose best form comes when everything falls into place, and that's exactly the scenario she gets on Saturday.

She returns to her home track, gets back onto a Good surface, drops to her preferred 1200 metres and has drawn to secure the run of the race.

The switch back to ideal conditions is significant, and from the gun draw she'll settle in a prominent position without spending a penny.

The $12 on offer is well over the odds. If she reproduces her best form, she'll be fighting out the finish.
