Albury and Dubbo host Friday racing in NSW.
Both tracks have been hit with rain and are forecast to have even more prior to start times.
This makes both meetings incredibly tricky to find the right formlines, but luckily Luke Hovhanesian has found some best bets.
These runners are set to thrive in conditions and you can snap up the early odds now.

Race 3 #6 Rising Water $2.20
This 3YO gelding looks very well placed in NSW country grade as he hops the border from Victoria to tackle this Class 1 event.
Nick Ryan is a master of placing his horses well and has found a moderate field to allow this son of Headwater to go back to back.
His last start win at Tatura was impressive and he gets suitable conditions here.
From barrier 3 he can sit closer in the run and with Jack Martin in the saddle looks primed for another big run.
He stays at the mile and gets all the map favours over second favourite Exceedingly Hot.
Race 4 #14 Teneca Reign $4.20
Scratchings have allowed this 3YO filly to get a run in this maiden field and she looks suitably placed for a peak performance fourth up.
She hasn't had the best of luck in her three trips to the track so far this campaign but will be aided by drawing barrier 1.
By race 4 the inside should still be holding up okay and it's crucial she jumps well to land midfield with cover.
If she can find the gaps, she will be charging hard at them late.
Jason Lyon takes the reins and can finally break a long overdue win.

Race 6 #13 Fifty Five Mustang $3.10
I have plenty of time for this gelding and his last start effort at Scone in a stacked Class 2 event was brilliant.
He got a mile back in the run and charged home to finish only 0.9L off the winner.
He is now 4th up and rock hard fit with Ben Looker in the saddle (3:1-1-0).
Staying at 1300m is ideal and from barrier 3 should be able to position himself closer in the run.
He handles all track conditions and looks very well placed.
Best of the day.
