Luke Hovhanesian nailed his best roughie last week with Gold Bullion getting the chocolates, before having it all ripped away by the Racing NSW stewards.

A protest saw the bet go down in the cruelest of ways, but alas he returns to go one better this week.

He has found two ripping plays at odds who will run miles better than their current price.

Horse Racing Longshots for Rosehill

Race 8 #4 Waterford $16.00

There is a very good chance that race favourite Jimmysstar comes out of this event and heads north to QLD, meaning this market will be blown wide open.

Waterford resumes here off two brilliant trials where he has trucked along behind the front runners.

Nash Rawiller goes in the saddle on raceday and from barrier 2 will position him perfectly just off the speed.

Early scratchings have already worked in his favour and he will get a perfect race shape here to pounce on the leaders at the point of the turn.

Will likely start in single figures so he is one to snap up early.

 

Race 10 #14 Eastern Glow $15.00

This 5YO gelding is flying and deserves a crack in the city early on this campaign.

His first up effort under a huge weight of 61kg was solid and he will strip fitter for this contest second up.

He gets Zac Lloyd in the saddle and plummets down in the weights to only 56.5kg.

He draws great in barrier 2 for a good run off the speed and with plenty of early tempo in this event, will get the perfect set up to storm home.

Keith Dryden doesn't bring them to the city if they aren't with a real hope and things are all looking up for this talented Gelding.
