Harness Tips for Menangle & Parkes 14/05/22

NSW harness fans are treated to double the action tonight with both Menangle and Parkes boasting strong meetings.

Below are my three main plays across the night.

 

 

Menangle Race 3 Stingray Tara (2) $2.90

On the back of some brilliant efforts, Stingray Tara (2) is the horse to beat here.

Three impressive wins straight after coming to NSW were followed up by a very brave performance in a harder race.

With the lead or any sort of cover, he will certainly be hard to beat.

If you are a fan of massive roughies, Titian Raider (4) at $51 at the time of writing is definitely not hopeless.

 

Menangle Race 4 Fairy Tinkabell (11) $2.20

Fairy Tinkabell (11) is the class horse of this field. 

Third-up for this event, the McCarthy-trained mare will be at peak fitness.

This comes after two decent performances in open class since resuming.

With her fair share of early speed, she can find the top and from there would take a lot of catching. 

 

Parkes Race 3 Warraderry (3) $4.50

Striking a winnable race, Warraderry (3) will be looking to cash in.

Drawing very awkwardly his past two starts, the seven-year-old has been luckless and you can almost put a line through those performances.

Dropping in grade here and with a more friendly gate, I think this is well within his reach.
