The Morals

Sandown Race 8 #6 Tinker Norm $2.50

Big Norm finds himself in a real winnable race here.

He comes back to Sandown after what I thought was a strange move going to Healesville.

The trainer knew best in this case as he put together two electric wins and has refound his mojo.

Healesville has a tendency of resetting greyhounds. Getting them to begin better, stretch out and build confidence.

He looks well-boxed tonight and has knocked off some big scalps in his 16-start career.

 

Sandown Race 9 #7 Orbital Bale $2.40

I think this bloke is really going to put his name in lights over the next few months.

Hopefully, now that he's stringing together some consistent racing, we will really see what he's about.

The times and dogs he's been racing against suggest he's the real deal.

He's superbly boxed out in 7 as he has a tendency of using some of the track.

If he steps as he has at his past few runs, we will be forming a line to collect.

 

Value Bet

Warrnambool Race 4 #8 Luxuriate $5.00

It's not double figures but I think this is a great bet at the $5 mark for a dog and kennel in great form.

Her last 2 starts have been fantastic and box 8 looks ideal as she pushed up from box 3 at Geelong.

There will be money for the 5 and the other Goudge runner off the red, so hold off and see what the market does late.
