Flemington Race 7 #2 I Am Unstoppable $4.80

I can’t believe we are getting this price for a potential ‘top-liner’.

He was well backed and expected to run a top race in the Group 1 Lightning Stakes last start at Weight-For-Age.

He had excuses there as he knuckled on jumping and had an abnormal respiratory noise.

He has had strong jump out performances at Cranbourne since and looks set to bounce back here.

Before the last start, he had not missed a top 3 run in his career.

He goes well second-up (2:1-1-0), will appreciate the massive drop in class and can blow them away in the seventh.

 

Flemington Race 10 #9 Golden Path $7.50

This is a cracking betting race as there are several winning chances and as a result, they are all paying a good price.

This very lightly-raced 4YO Gelding is one of them at $7.50 and looks a huge threat first-up (2:1-1-0).

He has won at his only start at this track by a massive 3.3 lengths.

He has looked like an absolute beast in his jump outs at Cranbourne leading into this fresh run and he has even more to showcase on race day.

Not only is he a big chance of winning this, but also a big chance of going on to winning black-type races.

Flemington Race 1 #4 Rich Fortune $2.70

This looks an ideal race for this talented sprinting mare.

Forget about her last start failure in Sydney which was on an unsuitable wet track and she also didn’t travel in the different direction.

Before that, she was only beaten 2.4 lengths by Imperatriz in the Black Caviar Lightning over 1000 metres at Flemington.

Three back, she finished an unlucky fourth at Geelong behind Rey Magnerio and the start before she finished third to Katsu and Najem Suhail over 1000 metres at Flemington.

She will carry 54kg and has the services of Damian Lane.
