David Gately tips for Rosehill and Flemington 30/3/24

All ratings for FLEMINGTON are for GOOD track.

Rail is TRUE.

Was 4m here last meeting.

The track played well in circle races, as the wind picked-up later in the day it was tough leading/ facing said breeze.

Straight races, they were well off the inside rail.

 

In Sydney it is ROSEHILL and ratings are for GOOD track.

Rail is 6m (900m-to-WP).

We had 2m rail here last week you could certainly run-on and win, so long as you were not doing it on the inside rail.

Seemed as the day wore on that pattern was more pronounced.

Gifted filly who came wide and was brilliant fresh winner in high-rating race then set strong speed here and kept running at 1200m.

Don’t mind her back at 1100m ridden with sit.

BET OF THE DAY (Syd) 

ROSEHILL - Race 9 #17 - ANOTHER WIL 

Three wins this prep by aggregate 11.3L and in latest he was on quite a strong speed yet raced clear under a light ride.

Ran 11.56 last 200m, the fastest of any horse all day and ran .2 faster than G1 mare Atishu on day despite a slower 1st-1000m.

Looks a star !!!
