Boniface was clearly the second-best horse behind Tazima last start despite enduring a luckless passage at a crucial stage of the race.

He was badly held up when the race was unfolding before finally finding clear air and rushing home late.

That performance suggests he's ready to win, and the rise to 2000 metres looks another major positive.

With even luck this time, Boniface gets his opportunity to atone and is the clear top selection.

Best Each-Way Bet – Race 8 #3 Enriched $7.00

Enriched resumes after trialling well and brings some high-quality Group 1 form into his return.

He was slow away in the Group 1 Galaxy last preparation but still produced a good performance, before again racing well in the Goodwood where he should have finished closer with better fortune.

He's returned in encouraging order at the trials and maps to get a good trail in this.
