Early betting markets have again produced a number of significant moves this week, highlighting several runners that have attracted strong stable confidence at both major venues.

At Caulfield, the Godolphin factor comes into play once again, with trainers continuing to place enormous importance on delivering results for one of the world's biggest racing operations.

Meanwhile at Randwick, the Nathan Doyle stable appears to be plotting another betting sting, with Tommy Berry booked to partner one of their key hopes in a move that has certainly caught the attention of punters.

Caulfield Tips

Custom

The Godolphin motivation factor continues to be one of the strongest angles in racing, with every trainer eager to impress in the hope of securing more blue-blooded stock.

Ciaron Maher has been entrusted with this filly and would have left no stone unturned to ensure she is ready to perform on a Saturday stage.

She looks ideally placed in this company and the early market confidence suggests the stable expects a bold showing.

Seafall

Team Hayes continue to place their horses superbly and this mare has been one of the stable's standout performers throughout the winter.

Four wins this preparation have come through careful race placement, including successful country raids, and there appears no sign she has reached the end of her campaign.

The stable wouldn't be pressing on if she wasn't thriving at home, making this another serious assignment.

Kings Reflection

The stable have never hidden the opinion they hold of this stayer, with the market supporting him heavily at virtually every run this campaign.

Luck has deserted him on several occasions, but he has continued to race consistently against quality opposition.

Now rock-hard fit and dropping slightly in distance after his latest 2500m effort, he looks ready to convert another winning opportunity.

Winnasedge

With favourite Cosmic Crusader attracting plenty of attention, punters have instead honed in on the proven fitness and consistency of Winnasedge.

His record around Caulfield is outstanding and he arrives in career-best form after an excellent winter campaign.

From barrier five he should settle in a perfect stalking position before producing his customary strong finish.

Randwick Tips

Sequista

Nathan Doyle has always held this filly in high regard and she appears to be building nicely towards another victory.

Her latest second behind Hello Captain looks an ideal form reference and she maps to enjoy every possible favour from barrier three.

If she receives the right run in transit, she has the acceleration to finish over the top late.

Trapalanda

The Archibald stable have been patient with this import and everything points towards him peaking third-up.

Nothing went right at Canterbury last start after severe interference throughout the race, making the performance an easy forgive.

Back to the spacious Randwick circuit and with improved fitness, he profiles as one of the day's biggest improvers.

Formal

Nathan Doyle has earned a reputation for producing well-backed winners and the market rarely gets his horses wrong when the support arrives.

While this may not have the same profile as some of the stable's previous betting plunges, the early money has certainly been notable.

The booking of Tommy Berry only strengthens confidence and any further support late would be significant.

Narbold

Chris Waller trains this gelding for major racing investors Rosemont, a relationship that naturally carries added motivation.

The horse has shown enough ability to remain with Australia's premier stable and now receives the services of James McDonald, another strong indicator that expectations are high.

If the market firms again in the closing stages, it would be difficult to ignore his chances.
