Brad Davidson tips and best bets for Geelong Cup Day 2023

Sky Racing's Brad Davidson spoke with the Big Sports Breakfast on Wednesday morning with Brad's opinions for midweek racing at Geelong and Randwick-Kensington. It's Geelong Cup Day with the winner securing a spot in the 2023 Melbourne Cup field.

Brad gave punters his views on Saturday's big races before giving punters his thoughts on the Randwick-Kensington meeting.

Brad Davidson's Best Bet Tip

Brad gave the Sky Big Sports Breakfast team his best bet which comes in the last race, Race Seven on the Kenso card. His tip is the favourite in the race, #10 Shadows Of Love.

Davo noted the horse had no luck at all last start and has it well placed in the running from the low draw. Davidson saw this as a race in two between it and Shohei who has since been scratched. So he's locked into this as his best bet for the day.

 

 

Geelong Cup Tip

Despite an ordinary draw Brad is with the favourite in the race. He noted it was wide with no cover last start and finished runner-up in the race.

So it's First Immortal on top for Davo while keeping an eye on Ashrun as the danger coming off a run where he should have won if not for his tough run.
