Ultimate Hughey (5) finds his way to Menangle and is a major threat.

The Riverina pacer has ran some brave races at various country tracks in recent times and looks capable of the step up to metropolitan company.

With the longer distance suiting and the services of gun reins man Cam Hart, I think this pacer is certainly a nice price..

 

Menangle Race 7 Ballerini (5) $3.40

After having no luck in last week's Group 1, Ballerini (5) will be hard to hold out here.

Contesting very strong races throughout her short career with a fair deal of success, the Bernie Hewitt-trained pacer will find this company suitable.

With options from the draw she will be tough to beat. 

 

Menangle Race 9 Pump The Brakes (6) $3.10

A horse frequently tipped in this article, tonight is the last chance for Pump The Brakes (6).

The veteran pacer never runs a bad race but has found it tricky to achieve that elusive victory lately despite some very gallant efforts.

Drawn inside his main rivals tonight, there really are no excuses.
