25/5/19 Randwick tips and best bets for Saturday Racing

Best bets at Randwick
Steve HartRoyal Randwick plays host to a nine-race card on Saturday, with the most intriguing event of the day coming in race seven, the Octagonal Handicap
The track is rated a Good 4 with the rail in the true position the entire circuit.
With fine weather forecast for the remainder of the week, horses contesting will be met with a fair racing surface.
Randwick Race 1 Tip #5 Reloaded $2.00
This talented colt from the Chris Waller yard was heavily backed on debut, before saluting in fine style when coming from near last to run over the top.

He's since been given a trial to keep him ticking over, as he takes a step towards his June target, the Group One JJ Atkins in Brisbane.
The form from his first-up win has been franked, with third-placed finisher Discharged going on to win his following race.
The runner-up to Discharged has since saluted, which further strengthens the Reloaded form-line.
Drawn barrier one, you'd expect Jason Collett to sit one pair back on the rails behind a solid tempo.
From that position, Collett will need to remain patient. When the gap comes however, it'll be all over bar the shouting and you can expect the colt to simply run away from his rivals.
The $2.20 was snapped up quickly and I suspect that the $2 won't be around for much longer.
Only terrible luck will stop him from winning.
Randwick Race 2 Tip #2 Lifesaver $8.50
Trainer Matt Dunn has a good handle on these Highway races and looks to have a strangle-hold on this one.
The son of Helmet arrives here with impressive stats:
- 4:2-2-0 first-up
- 4:1-2-0 at the distance.
The booking of gun Jockey Josh Parr is a fair indication that the horse is flying and from the perfect draw in barrier three, he'll be very hard to beat.
The bookies made a meal of the markets, putting him up at $12.
That has since been corrected, but even at the $8.50 he still represents value and can be backed on an each-way basis.
With plenty of pace drawn around him, Parr can take a sit one off the rail, three to four pairs back, before peeling wide and flying at them late.
Randwick Race 4 Tip #4 Wolfe $2.05
With bigger targets in sight north of the border in coming weeks, the Waterhouse and Bott team have elected to send this talented gelding around for one more run in Sydney.
For a horse that was only having his fourth career run, his last start win in a BM70 at Canterbury was impressive.
Although he goes up in grade here, he drops 2kg, is well suited by the extra 100m and meets a similar level of galloper in this.
He looks to be a horse with plenty of upside and should handle the class rise with ease.
Early betting suggests he'll be saluting, having been backed from $2.40 to $2.05.
