Hawkesbury will take centre stage in NSW this weekend, with the big Gold Cup Day featuring three Group 3 events.
We are met with a cracking 9 race card, with some high quality racing ahead.
The track is rated a Good 4 and the rail is in the true position for the entire circuit.

Hawkesbury Race 4 Tip #12 Yangtze Rapids $3.20
The son of Frankel looks to lay his Queensland Derby aspirations on the line when he steps up to 1800m for the first time on Saturday.
The rising 3YO stayer from the Chris Waller camp was able to break his maiden in impressive style at Canterbury last time out, by a widening 2.8 lengths.
Not only was the win impressive to the eye, but it was backed up on the clock after he ran quicker overall time than the other 1550m benchmark race on the same day.
He peaks fourth-up and drops 7kg from his last start, carrying the minimum weight of 52kg.
He strikes a moderate race on the upward spiral and maps to find the front again.
I expect him to be far too good for his rivals on Saturday.

Hawkesbury Race 8 Tip #7 Royal Celebration $3.00
The Ron Quinton trained galloper has come back in fine order this prep, off some very nice trials.
His first-up run was a horror show, where he travelled like the winner but had nowhere to go and found the back of horses the entire straight.
He went up huge odds last week in the BM100 over the 1400m and his run was nothing short of terrific.
Once again, he had an unsuited run in transit after sitting four wide with no cover throughout the race.
As soon as he peeled to the outside, he let down well and found the line impressively to be only beaten 0.6 lengths in what was a very strong race.
He presents here with a very similar preparation he had last year, and drops 1.5kg off his last start and finally draws a gate.
From barrier 4, Clipperton will have the choice to let the speed go or sit in the gun run 1-1.
I love a horse in form on the quick back-up and we can bank on him improving again off his last start run.
He looks to have found his race on Saturday!
