30/01/21 Harness racing tips for Saturday night

 

Albion Park Race 1 Tip #11 Lilac Flash $2.40

Gets the drop in grade he needs.

The speed should be on here, so the race looks like it will set up perfectly for him from the back.

He can produce a strong finish and should be too quick for them late. 

I have marked him $2 and hopefully we do a little bit better.

 

 

Albion Park Race 6 Tip #7 Saucy Dreams $2.90

This horse grows a leg for driver Pete McMullen and I have her coming across and finding the front.

From there, this strong mare will be very hard to run down with Pete sitting behind her.

I have marked her $2.40, with my map having her finding the front.

 

Albion Park Race 9 Tip #7 Lets Katchmeifucan $3.30

Not much between these horses, but I do think the wide draw in small field suits Lets Katchmeifucan (7).

This map sets up well for him and with a nice cart home, he can be too quick for them.

I have marked him $2.40 and we should do better and I am happy to be on.

Menangle Race 4 #5 Arma Naughty $2.25

Arma Naughty (5) has been a costly horse to follow but gets another chance tonight.

The mare has a scintillating finish however often finds herself in awkward positions.

A new driver may help the cause, and if the co-favourite Obi One (8) isn’t at his best first up Arma Naughty will finish over the top of them late.  

 

Menangle Race 5 #7 He Aint Fakin (Place) $2.10

Tasty Delight (3) should be too good for them here but He Aint Fakin (7) looks best of the rest.

The Bathurst-trained gelding had an impressive two-year-old season and has trialled really well in preparation for this race.

It may be a sticky draw but I am hoping he has enough ability to run into the top 3.
