It's hard to knock this mare's form going five from 5 at this track, and the early market support ($4.80 into $4.00) indicates she can make it six.

She does rise in class, however this outing might be the run that gets her into the city.

She hasn’t run at this distance yet, but I can’t see the extra 100 metres being an issue.

The main dangers will be Outlawed, Secret Tales and Argyle Pink, however Wanda Rox is the one to beat for me.

 

Race 7 #1 Namazu $5.50 

Ryan Wiggins and Ricky Vale have proven to be a dangerous duo in the provincial races, and this galloper looks set to bring up his third victory from 6 starts this preparation.

Eight of his 11 wins have come on a dry track and it appears we will get the same conditions again on Saturday.

The weight shouldn’t be an issue so don’t let it disparage you.

I’ll be taking Namazu, but watch out for Nikau Spur and Military Gambler.
