We found three winners last Saturday in our free best bets, with the highlight coming in the third race at Kembla.

Our proven model which detects smart moves in early markets was spot on when detecting Toomuchtobear at the price of $8.50 after opening up at $11.

The Waller runner was crunched even further into $5.50 at the jump, before edging home to give loyal readers plenty to cheer about.

The early market provides us with some excellent leads in betting again this week, as punters pick apart the initial prices posted by the bookies.

At Caulfield the big-betting Clinton McDonald yard appear to be setting one up for a Caulfield sting.

Whilst at Randwick a gun 3YO filly looks to have returned in great order last start as a 4YO and can go right on with it here.

Caulfield Tips

Caulfield Tips

He’s A Balter

Will Clarken runner who has already plundered plenty of Saturday metro riches on offer in Melbourne.

He has a lethal turn of foot late and should be launching from the ideal position at Caulfield, midfield with cover.

Linda Meech will be hungry to make an impact in her recent return to racing, and you can expect her to make no mistakes.

Ancient Girl

Is from a big betting stable of Clinton McDonald, who are known to place them shrewdly.

She must be showing them plenty at home and comes out of a strong race at Sandown, behind the smart Linas Legend.

Could start shorter.

Timson

Chalked up some mouth-watering sectional times in the debut win at Casterton, which line up with a Group quality horse.

Expect him to receive an ideal run tracking the speed in the three-wide moving line throughout.

The big model teams will be all over this one from a times perspective, and it would not surprise to see him crushed again when they enter the market late.

Ranveer

Lightly raced and put away following the impressive Sandown win last prep to break his maiden status.

On debut at Flemington, he started favourite when lining up against the talented Profiteer.

Clearly very smart and if ready to go first-up, should simply brain them. Yes.

Randwick Tips

Randwick Tips

Nadaraja

Interesting Highway runner who arrives following back-to-back Scone wins.

Although well exposed to the market now, the booking of Tim Clark is key as he has good country relationships and would know the right horse to get on.

Clark loves to lead on them and you can expect him to do exactly that here, before proving very hard to catch.

Harmony Rose

Mark Newnham will have his confidence back after Splintex won a recent Melbourne feature.

He is desperate to secure more stables at Randwick and the pressure is on to perform at his home track.

She has been readied with two recent trials and should be trained to the minute for this.

Think It Over

Was backed as if unbeatable last start in the Chelmsford, before duly saluting in the final stride.

Fitter from recent racing, it would not surprise if they positioned a touch closer in the run on this occasion.

This is much deeper now at Group 1 level and although he’s up against some classy ones, expect him to hold his own.

Montefilia

Has plenty of class and was clearly one of the higher-quality fillies of her 3YO season.

She was excellent last start here in the Chelmsford, when reeling of some of the fastest late race sectionals.

Appears to have returned well as a 4YO and could easily return to winning form in this. Yes.
