Caulfield Race 1 Tip #10 Gododdin $5.50
This Godolphin mare has won two from four this prep and gets conditions to suit here.
Her last start fourth behind Sylvia's Mother was full of merit. That form line was franked last Saturday, when the third place finisher of that race Ruban Bleu, dominated down the Flemington straight.
She now returns to the scene of her last victory, looks well suited dropping back to the 1100m and is proven on a soft track.
In what appears to be a two horse race, she has a distinct fitness edge on the short-priced favourite Pippie, who comes into this race four-weeks between runs.
Expect jockey Damian Lane to be aggressive from barrier eight and head to the front, making every post a winner.

Belmont Race 5 Tip #5 Great Again $3.80
He hasn't put a hoof wrong this prep and looks very well suited in the Listed Newmarket.
Last start he was very brave carrying the 60kg, when he was run down late by Nikitas over 1300m.
He drops 5kg, gets Pike to ride and should find the lead from barrier six.
With three wins from four starts at the distance, the switch back to 1200m is a big tick.
He's unbeaten at the track & distance and is a class animal who will take a power of beating here.
The Lindsey Smith stable are flying at the moment and look set for another win.

Caulfield Race 5 Tip #8 Dirty Work $17
This colt from the Hawkes yard first caught my eye when he trialled at Canterbury against the well performed Dubious and Yes Yes Yes.
They were a bit too sharp early, but the way he picked up past the post was very pleasing and a sign of good things to come.
He then made a respectable debut at Kensington, finishing third and less than a length from the winner Stronger.
The form from that race has stacked up well, with Stronger winning again and Dresden Green breaking his maiden next start.
He was then sent down to Moonee Valley and never looked likely, with the winner Cheer Leader bolting in by 7-Lengths. I'm happy to forgive that run however, as he won't be the last horse unable to handle the tight turning track.
His recent Flemington jump-out shows he has come back well from the spelling paddock and given the Hawkes team are yet to geld him, it's a good lead that the camp have a high opinion of the horse.
While this is a big step in grade, with even luck he will surprise a few and the $17 fixed odds looks good value in a small field.

Randwick Kensington Race 3 Tip #9 Pandemic $3.10
James Cummings has another nice prospect on his hands here.
He looks like a nice type, having got the job done in style when first-up at Wyong. He quickened late over the 1000m on that occasion, to put them away with ease.
Out over further here and with 5kgs less on his back, he’s going to be flying home again.
He'll be very hard to hold out.
Caulfield Race 9 Tip #7 Causeway Girl $7.00
This four-year-old mare is two from two first-up and loves the distance with two wins and a second from four starts.
She’s coming off a nice trial win in the lead up to this and from the good draw with Damien Oliver on board, she should get a lovely run.
She flashed home first-up last prep to grab the win and I’m hoping she can do the same again here.
