Below are Michael's 3 best bets for Saturday night's Albion Park meeting.

 

Albion Park Race 5 Tip #9 Betterthanajeep $7.50

Going again with Betterthanajeep (9) here, after he gave the breeze up last week which doesn't suit this horse.

He needs to be driven aggressively as he just races so much better when they're positive.

Hoping tonight he charges through from the second line and tries to own this race as I think he can.

I have him marked $3.70 and I think we will do much better.

 

 

Albion Park Race 6 Tip #1 Callmedemaro $6.00

It's a pretty steady race this one and Callmedemaro (1) comes up with the good gate and looks a nice price on early markets.

I have him rated $3.10 and from the front end with Pete driving, I'm happy to be on.

He's the one they have to catch.

 

Albion Park Race 7 Tip #1 Kurahaupo Gambler $3.00

Kurahaupo Gambler (1) has been crying out for a good draw and finally comes up with that tonight.

I hope they get aggressive and try to lead all the way, as I think he will be very hard to run down out in front.

With my map having him leading I have him priced $2.50 and am keen to be on at anything better.
