The Moral

Sandown Race 3 #7 Kysaiah $1.75

The Feltham kennel hasn't missed this bloke with 5 starts in the last month, but he is absolutely thriving with consistent racing.

He has been winning by big margins at his last 2 starts and there is no reason the good form can't continue.

He's a fair lump of a lad and loves to scout wide and use a bit of the track, so box 7 is ideal.

For a mixed grade 3/4, this race is pretty thin with chances and class. Gets his chance for another victory.

 

Sandown Race 6 #1 Hector Frawley $2.60

I did say I was barring this bloke for life but he finally comes up with the prestigious red box, so I'm giving him one last chance.

After watching his replays, there is no doubt he was the best dog in those past few races, but coming out of the boxes like toothpaste from middle-and-wide draw just caused too much bother.

I'm hoping he can begin like he did last week and from that inside draw, he can hold a spot and charge past whoever is in front of him.

Hoping he can show his best for loyal followers.

 

Value Bet

Ballarat Race 12 #4 Exhilarate $6.00

There is a huge amount of speed in this race and this bloke has a tendency of half missing it which isn't normally ideal in 390m races.

I've mapped this race and I'm hoping he does miss it!

Strange to say but this will let him get down to the fence.

The leaders should bunch up and he zooms up the inside to rails the ears off them.

His Victorian return at Shepperton was outstanding and a repeat of that will have him going close.
