Caulfield hosts Victorian racing today, with a nine race card highlighted by the Group 3 Sir John Monash Stakes.

The weather is fine, the track is rated a Good 4 and the rail is positioned true for the entire circuit.

Deane's top selection at Caulfield comes in Race 9, a BM84 event over 1400m.

 

Lester's selection is #13 Grinzinger Allee.

This Danny O'Brien trained runner returns to the track today from a spell, following a win to round out last preparation.

He's trialled well for this and looks over the odds at $3.60.
