We have 8 races to be held on the ‘B’ course today, with fine weather forecast.

Last Sunday at Sha Tin, Karis Teetan sealed a hat-trick and has a full book of rides tonight along with Joao Moreira.

David Hayes also hit a triple last Sunday and has 5 runners on the card, most of which have good chances.

 

 

Happy Valley Race 6 #4 Indicative Vote $5.00

Indicative Vote progressed well last season in Hong Kong and is now a more settled race horse.

He finished in the placings at Happy Valley over 1800m at his last start in mid July, beaten by the favourite Leap Of Faith.

He ran well in last Tuesday's barrier trial under Zac Purton, and then Joao Moreira galloped him nicely on Monday.

Joao will take the reigns for this clash jumping from gate 1, which is ideal.

He looks set to break his maiden in Hong Kong tonight.

 

Happy Valley Race 7 Tip #3 Resolute $2.30

Resolute scored three wins last season from his 11 starts. 

His winning trips include 1200m on the all-weather track and 1000m at Happy Valley.

Last time out, he won impressively despite travelling wide and without cover, showing he likes the city track too.

Although his rating has increased notably, he's still expected to improve as a 5YO since his dam Trigon Lass could also win at this age.

His recent trial on Tuesday showed that he is very fit and looks set to win again under Joao Moreira.
