Happy Valley Race 3 Tip #8 Fire Ball $2.70

Like the other sons of Burgundy in Hong Kong, Fire Ball has improved a lot since becoming a 4YO.

He is more mature this season but has only scored one win at Happy Valley.

He was beaten by several rising stars in recent starts, including Sight Success, Fantastic Way, Master Eight and Blaze Warrior.

This horse will return to his winning trip at Happy Valley tonight and faces much lesser quality rivals.

With Zac Purton on board, he looks set for victory.

Happy Valley Race 5 Tip #3 Jazz Steed $6.50

Jazz Steed has been consistent throughout this season.

He won in September but hasn't tasted victory since, but has gone down by a narrow margin a few times.

He was down to a class 4 last start, but wasn't suited with apprentice Alfred Chan aboard. The inexperienced hoop struggled to control the strong horse.

In a positive switch, Neil Callan takes the ride will be a good match for this guy.

Jumping from gate 5, look for Jazz Steed to stay in midfield before producing a good turn of foot in the last 400m to win.
