About Jason Richardson
For free-to-air viewers, Jason Richardson is one of the most recognizable faces in the horse racing media landscape.
Despite being a man of many talents, "Richo" has always had racing in his blood. He began his career as a track athlete and in 1993, took out the prestigious Stawell Gift, Australia's richest and oldest sprint race.
These days Richardson is known primarily as a media personality. Aside from his radio and horse racing work, Richardson's career highlights include hosting events like the Winter Olympics for the Seven Network.
It is with the Seven Network that Richardson has become such a familiar face amongst racing fans. He regularly features on Channel 7's Autumn and Spring Carnival coverage, as well as all year round on Racing.com.
Richo hosts Racing.com's popular program Get On, where he talks all things racing and tips with regular panellists Brent Zerafa and Clint Hutchinson.
Besides gracing our screens with his energy and charisma, Richo also provides his free tips through Racing.com. Richardson's tips have been recorded at theGreatTipOff.com since August 1, 2019.
