On a day where most punters had a tough time of it, our proven model which detects smart moves in early betting markets sniffed out three winners last Saturday.
Dame Giselle saluted in style for us at Rosehill ($2.90), while Fabric ($7.50) and Orderofthegarter ($3.60) booted home at Caulfield.
Punters who backed each of the 8 selections walked away with a handy 75% Profit on Turnover.
As Spring starts to heat up, punters are again active early and have moved markets to provide an excellent guide to some key chances.
Caulfield Tips
How Womantic
Was well supported in betting here last start, before leading and giving nothing else a chance.
She loves Moonee Valley (2:2-0-0) and although she's drawn widest in gate 9, the small field should still allow her to carve across and lead.
This race appears to lack a genuine tempo and she can take advantage.
Le Baol
Was backed off the map ($6.00 into $4.80) late at Sandown last start and won accordingly.
This is a step up in grade, however the dominance of the last start win suggests he deserves his chance in this class.
This market move is more pronounced due to scratchings, however there is still clearly genuine support.
Buffalo River
Won both starts last prep and the first-up record (4:2-1-0) does suggest he can return well again here.
He can lead this field if they choose and if the track pattern is favouring on pace, he should prove very hard to run down.
The booking of Damien Oliver always adds confidence. Yes.
Russian Camelot
Is all quality and was very brave last start at Flemington where after travelling wide throughout still finished close on the line.
Although on a Cox Plate and possible Melbourne Cup mission, he certainly has the brilliance to be winning at the shorter distances.
Given a more charmed run in transit here, expect he simply brains them.
Rosehill Tips
Attorney
Maps well in this from gate 1 where should receive the suck run just in behind for the entire trip.
He is third up and rock hard fit now, following a sound last start performance when worked home well after encountering traffic issues.
Given more luck this time out he should be right there in the finish.
Yonkers
Has been a very savage move in betting, and they clearly went up massive overs at $14, which may have been a genuine error.
He has a touch of quality and does know how to rattle off a fast sectional from well back in the field.
If the speed goes on throughout, expect he is the one unleashing hell late.
Lions Roar
Is racing consistently on the provincial circuit with a nice win at Kembla last time out, and now deserves this opportunity in Metro grade.
He has the tactical speed to lead them up here if they choose, and any cheap sectionals would make him hard to run past.
Gun rider Tommy Berry will give him every chance.
Looks Like Elvis
Was only 1.8 lengths off the winner (Dreamforce) in the Tramway last start and that form has held up, with Kolding (out of the same race) a winner last week.
From gate 4 expect they can hunt up in behind the speed and receive a very economical run throughout.
He brings the right form and fitness to this and is now ready to peak.
