7/9/19 Best bets for Moonee Valley Racing 7 September 2019

Moonee Valley preview and best bets
AAPMoonee Valley is currently rated a Good 4, with the rail in the true position.
With fine weather forecast, the track looks set to play fair and punters can expect all runners to get their chance.
Below are three of my top selections. Get my, complete set of tips for Saturday's Moonee Valley meeting here.
Moonee Valley Race 2 1300 Australia Handicap - BM78 - 1600m
I expect Silent Roar to come in to barrier nine, with the two emergencies likely to not start. Look for Dwayne Dunn to go to the lead, with French Girl likely to trail just behind her.
Junipal should be able to sit midfield and get the run of the race. A repeat of his last start win over this track and distance should be enough to see him win.
He stays in the same grade and is well in with 2kg claim for Teodore Nugent, carrying an extra 1kg for his dominant 1.25 length last start win.
Silent Roar ran well in a strong form race first-up and has a great second-up record of three wins from three starts. She loves the 1600m and is in good form.
Heir To The Throne is another racing well and is my third pick here.
Mark's Race 2 Tips
1st Junipal
2nd Silent Roar
3rd Heir To The Throne
Moonee Valley Race 5 Inglis Atlantic Jewel Stakes - Listed - 1200m
Cheer Leader from barrier six looks set to go straight to the lead here, with Westport and Sassy Salitage to sit behind her.
Early favourite Exhilarates, is likely to settle mid-field with cover.
Exhilarates could not have been more impressive first-up at Caulfield and should get the perfect run. I expect her to be far too good for these and make it back-to-back victories.
Pin Sec was superb last start behind Exhilarates, running a faster last 200m sectional. The filly will need a little luck from barrier two given she'll be on the fence, but she is a clear second pick on form.
Sassy Salitage should get a good run two-wide with cover, just behind the leaders. Her last start win at the Valley was full of merit and she can fill the placings here.
Mark's Race 5 Tips
1st Exhilarates
2nd Pin Sec
3rd Sassy Salitage
The Valley Race 7 Mittys McEwan Stakes - Group 2 - 1000m
I expect Faatinah, Eduardo and Miss Leonidas to go forward and set a fast speed in this 1000m dash.
Jumping from barrier nine, Bons Away should sit midfield and one off the fence with cover. A repeat of his of his last start performance has him winning this and if Linda Meech can give him a good ride, the gelding can come over the top of the leaders and win.
Eduardo is blessed with great speed, has a terrific record and will be fighting hard to the line.
Miss Leonidas is one from one at the track and distance and can produce a good run first-up.
Mark's Race 7 Tips
1st Bons Away
2nd Eduardo
3rd Miss Leonidas
