8/8/20 Horse racing tips from early market movers
Pro's pounce on wet form

Last week our proven model which detects smart money in early markets found three winners, with Al Galayel ($3.60) saluting early at Moonee Valley before Man Of Peace ($6) and Fulmina ($3) got the job done at Randwick.
Early shoppers who snapped up the odds for the eight selections at the time of publication ended the day with 56% profit on turnover.
With rain affected surfaces likely at both key venues this week, it is no surprise to see the professional punters supporting horses with sound wet track form.
As always, another push in betting close to start time would add extreme confidence to the selections below.
Flemington Tips
Flinders River
Won well second-up at Caulfield last start when he was firm in the market, and should strip fitter again from that run.
He is blessed with tactical speed and has the ability to race to the lead. If they opt for that tactic and he's given any cheap sectionals, he will hold an advantage.
Expect them to crawl in this and I can see him kicking away off the front to win.
Heavenly Emperor
Had traffic issues last time out at Caulfield, when he was held up behind what looks a very smart one in Skyman.
The jump up in distance to 1720m here should suit, as he has chased hard in recent runs in tough grinding efforts.
Rock hard fit now, he'll be ready to peak in this.
Coming Around
Is entered by gun trainer Brent Stanley, who often places them to perfection.
He was heavily backed first up in the Mildura Cup, before just missing behind a smart one in More Than Exceed.
The second-up stats (3:2-1) suggest he will be winning this. Yes.
Skyman
Raced well back in the field last start at Caulfield, before unleashing hell late in a very impressive win.
If the speed goes on throughout, expect him to simply steam down the outside again to collar them all.
Just needs to hold the good form to be winning this.
Rosehill Tips
Heart Of Oak
Has a touch of class after contesting Group 3 level to round out last preparation.
The first-up record (2:1-1-0) is impressive and this field appears to lack depth.
Expect them to press forward to lead from barrier 4, and from there prove very hard to run down.
Guise
Jumps sharply up in distance to 2400m and looks to have more speed in her legs than most of these.
If the race develops into a sit-sprint style set up, expect her to be the one with the sharpest turn of foot to take advantage.
She is proven in wet conditions (12:4-1-1) and is entered by the master trainer Chris Waller. Yes.
Eduardo
Won well last time out here in a good quality race, in what was his first start for Joe Pride.
This is a step up in grade with some smart ones returning, however he has a fitness edge and wet form on his side (3:3-0-0).
Look for him to lead and run them along, before proving too tough late.
Lord Zoulander
Won three in-a-row before having genuine excuses here last time out, after he began awkwardly yet still managed to run home well to finish 5 of 12.
He loves the wet tracks (9:4-1-1) and should have conditions to suit on Saturday.
If he jumps well on this occasion, they can find an ideal position midfield with cover before peeling to run home hard over the top.
