Warwick Farm Race 2 Tip #9 Oribella $14.00 each-way

Produced a huge run off a moderate tempo last start, defeating Captain Stardust over 1600m at Gosford.

That form-line was then franked when Captain Stardust notched up a dominant victory at Canterbury last Wednesday.

The Team Snowden filly is proven over the mile and should be well suited to the predicted strong tempo up front here.

The wide barrier poses little concern over the Warwick Farm mile and will ensure she's in the running line.

The bookies have got the price horribly wrong and it wouldn't surprise to see her start much shorter come the jump.

Warwick Farm Race 4 Tip #1 Cuba $4.80

This gelding can prove hard to catch for punters, having had an inconsistent career to date.

However, he strips fitter coming off a solid first-up effort and tackles a very winnable race here.

Blaike McDougall may have gone a little early last start, which set the race up for Nicochet to fly over the top late.

There is no doubt the apprentice will be better for that experience.

The favourable draw in barrier one will allow McDougall to sit on-pace and decide where he wants to position the galloper.

Depending on how much pressure is applied by the runners drawn wide, he'll be able to either sit on the fence behind the front-runners or lead them up.

In what appears to be a two-horse race, the son of All Too Hard looks the value runner and will have every chance from the gun draw.

Sandown Hillside Race 6 Tip #5 Cape Richards $5.50

This guy first caught my eye when he made late ground at the jump outs, mixing it with older proven gallopers early in his career.

He's put together a handy record to date with three wins from nine starts, showing he is an honest racehorse.

His last run at this track and distance was full of merit, with only Captain Harry proving too strong late. In positive signs, the form from that race has stood up since.

He'll take considerable fitness from that run and once again looks well suited over the 1800m on the Hillside track.
