With only weeks left before the star thoroughbreds come out for the Spring Carnival, it is time that we highlighted the pro tipsters who are in form and ready for you to follow. To get our list of in-form tipsters we looked at the 3 month leader board and identified tipsters who have strong profits and have tipped with sufficient frequency to justify the punter's confidence.

With the exception of a few recent debutants, there weren't too many of Top 20 tipsters that we left out.

Not surprisingly, Deane Lester's horse racing tips are the stand-out over the past 3 months, returning 85% profit for his followers. Lester has returned a profit for punters each Saturday since 24 April and there's nothing in these statistics that says it is going to change any time soon.

Mailman from MorningMail.com.au has supplied punters with no less than 18 winners for 63% win profit and a win strike rate of over 50%. With a winner every two tips, there's not even time for the smile to wear of the face of Mailman's followers.

Grant Morgan and theAnt achieved healthy profits of 33% and 21% respectively. What makes these efforts even more special is the high number of weekly tips they have posted to achieve this outcome. Morgan posts eight tips per week and theAnt posts a massive 26 tips per week. With average win prices of $4.74 and $6.25 respectively, it's clear these talented tipsters have a value selection approach that's working nicely for them.

So there we have it punters, the list of the top in-form tipsters in the country. Like the emergency list of numbers you keep near the phone, it might be worth storing it in a handy place for when the betting Gods are frowning over the Spring Carnival. It's going to be a little hard to rip off and pin on the notice board so  you might be better to   it on your computer.
