How did Deano do?
The man who is synonymous with form analysis, Deane Lester continues to be a favourite amongst punters.
It's not hard to see why based on his tip stats.
From the past 180 days (practically 2019 to date), Deane has recorded 6% POT.
He jagged three winners at Flemington last week, including one of his best bets.
Deane is currently in the spelling yard taking a well earned break, however you can pre-order his Caulfield pakcage for his first day back on Saturday July 13 here.
Deane Lester's horse racing tips review 8th June 2019 (Flemington):
Race 2: #3 Truly Discreet (10 units) and #4 Kings Brook (10 units)
Deane was on fire from the off, steering his followers into the talented filly Kings Brook.
Despite having to lump more weight than most of her rivals under the handicap conditions, Kings Brook proved herself the class.
She won at odds of $2.35.
Race 3: #2 Tonsor (15 units)
Tonsor just couldn't go with them in the final stages, finishing 4th.
Race 4: #1 Gytrash (10 units)
Another winner for Deane and his followers here, with Gytrash getting home at a good price of $5.50.
It was even better if you got on early when Deane did.
He tipped this horse when it was as long as $7.60.
Race 5: #8 Angelic Spirit (10 units) and #9 Akkadian (10 units)
Both of these horses looked like the winner for a long way.
But the way the track was suiting back-markers, both got swamped in the final stages.
Race 6: #3 Observational (10 units) and #5 Last Week (10 units)
Rotten luck for Deane and his followers, with these selections finishing 2nd and 3rd.
Those who put something on the place would've been cheering though.
Especially as Observational paid $2.80.
Race 7: #6 One More Try (10 units) and #12 Dr Drill (20 units- Best Bet)
When Deane Lester gives you his best bet, you take note.
Dr Drill showed why, bolting in for the win.
And it great news for those who put a quinella on, One More Try finished 2nd.
Race 8: #4 Iconoclasm (20 units- Best Bet) and #8 Torgersen (5 units)
It wasn't the best news in this race, where Deane's other best bet came 5th.
His value runner Torgersen finished a long way back.
Race 9 #4 Sure Knee (10 units) and #6 Orcein (10 units)
The last was a strange race, where 50/1 roughie Heavenly Emperor produced a boilover, to the joy of the bookies.
