Best plays at Coffs Harbour

Coffs Harbour hosts the Country Showcase meeting on Friday, with a bumper eight-race card scheduled at the home of the Big Banana.
The track is currently rated a Soft 7 and with further rain expected before the first race, punters should expect a Heavy surface.
The rail is out 2m from the 1000m to the 350m mark but true for the remainder of the circuit, which should ensure a fair racing surface.
Below is my best bet and quaddie numbers for Kembla Grange.

From the stewards
There are a number of horses who have featured heavily in the pre-steward's report for today's meeting.
The one that has caught my eye however, is Dunoon who lines up in race 3.
After being slowly away on debut, this three-year-old gelding showed enough promise to finish only 1.5 lengths from the winner at Taree.
Adding further merit to that effort, he was held up on straightening which denied him a chance to finish closer or quite possibly claim victory.
I'm expecting him to take benefit from that run and with even luck from barrier 16, he will be a major factor.
Jockey to follow
Of the jockeys riding tomorrow in the Northern Zone, Andrew Gibbons leads in the stats department.
Over the past 12 months, 'Gibbo' has had 32 rides at Coffs Harbour for 5 wins at a 16% strike rate.
Gibbo has 6 rides on the card, after one of his best chances Keen Power was scratched earlier this morning in race.
Coffs Harbour Race 8 Tip #3 Racketeering $3.30
This son of Trusting was ultra-impressive when breaking his maiden at Grafton last start.
He relished stepping out beyond 1200m on that occasion and should be well suited over the 1300m on a testing track today.
He arrives here fourth-up, at peak fitness and in a big push for his chances, gun jockey Ben Looker stays aboard.
In a race with good speed engaged, the wide barrier is a plus and will allow Looker to find the better ground out-wide in the straight.
He looks a progressive type, so we have to trust the stable wouldn't run him if he wasn't suited on a rain affected track.
I expect him to be winning and going on to bigger targets next preparation.
