Kembla Grange hosts a competitive seven race card on Tuesday, which will be the second meeting at the venue within four days.

The track is currently rated a Good 4, with the rail in the true position.

Fine weather is forecast for the NSW South Coast, which will set the scene for a terrific day of racing.

From the stewards

There are several runners who have featured heavily in the pre-steward's report for this meeting.

Most notably Nindamos in Race 6, who joins the Brett Lazzarini stable after a brilliant run at Canterbury last start.

The gelding had to shift behind runners from the outside barrier in that hit-out. Once entering the straight he was held up from the 250m until the 100m, before narrowly going down to Mansa Musa.

Jockey to follow

Koby Jennings has impressive stats when it comes to the Kembla Grange track.

Jennings has had 34 rides here in the past 12 months, recording 7 wins at a strike rate of 21%.

Jennings has four rides on the card, with his best chance coming in Race 4 on Explosive Truth.

Josh has identified 4 races on today's card that represent good betting opportunities.

Horse Racing Tips Kembla Grange Race 3 Tip #1 Black Bolt $5.50

This cracking colt from the Maher and Eustace stable is coming off a strong debut run, where he finished 0.5 lengths off the talented Macleay.

That horse went to Warwick Farm last Wednesday and franked the form, with a strong second behind the promising Acrophobic.

On debut Black Bolt showed good early toe from the inside barrier, before offering a kick in the straight. He was only reeled in late, but is sure to take a stack of improvement from that run.

Sticking to the track and distance is a significant plus and there doesn't appear to be a runner of the same quality as Macleay engaged in this race.

From a favourable draw, I expect him to once again stroll to the front and prove very hard to run down.

I have this colt rated a $3.00 chance, so at the current quote he is well over the odds.
