We head to Rosehill on Saturday for a cracking day of racing and the final day of the Golden Slipper Carnival.
The weather has been perfect in Sydney the past week and with dry conditions forecast, punters are met with a Good 4 surface.
The rail is out 6m for the entire circuit and at this set-up, on-pace runners will hold the key.

Rosehill Race 6 Tip #2 Harmony Rose $2.85
Harmony Rose from the Mark Newnham stable looks well set up here. She has a touch of quality and looks well placed over her rivals.
The mare was strong first-up at the Kensington over 1400m, fighting on too well to score by 1.3 lengths.
She then handled the step to the Group 1 Randwick Guineas over 1600m, surviving a speed dual when sitting deep in the run to finish third, beaten 1.6 lengths.
Lion’s Roar and Mo’unga have since come out and franked that form with a strong run in the Rosehill Guineas confirming she has the best form for a race like this.
She has since trialled over 1200m to keep her fitness and the step up to 2000m won’t worry her being by Glass Harmonium.
She is adaptable on all surfaces and peaks third-up.
From the perfect gate, she will make her own luck on-speed and fight hard if challenged.
She is on her way to the Group 1 ATC Oaks and I suspect she'll add the Vinery Stakes to her resume along the way.

Rosehill Race 8 Tip #4 Rock $4.40
This 5YO gelding has returned in super order off some very sharp trials. His first-up run was outstanding and he looks to keep his second-up record intact.
He was set a task first-up, on what was a challenging day to make ground from back and wide in the straight.
He showed his cracking turn of foot late, reeling off the meeting's fastest sectionals:
- Last 600m - 32.91s (Only horse to break 33sec)
- Last 400m - 21.92s (Meeting fastest)
- Last 200m - 11.26s (Meeting fastest)
He's on track to make it 4/4 second-up and is well suited on a dry deck, with Brenton Avdulla in the saddle.
He is drawn to get a nice run in behind the hot tempo and should be within striking distance on the turn.
The key is the tempo and how the track is playing. If they are able to make good ground down the outside, I’m confident he's in the finish.
