Early Market Moves representing Smart Money

The Championships headline this Saturday's racing action with no less than four Group One races on a cracking ten race program at Royal Randwick. Our team has worked the early market movers hard to avenge one of the rare losing weeks which followers experienced last Saturday.

Here are the market movers for Randwick on Day 1 of the Championships, and also for the nine race card at Bendigo.

Enbihaar

Makes a strong case after three top career runs which include two wins and a second. Very gutsy winner at her first career start, then beat Slipper runner-up Oohood at the 1100m, before a solid finish to run second in the Blue Diamond from the rear after drawing wide. Looks the goods.

Sambro

His Levendi form last preparation rates well against this company. Expect him to get more forward from the barrier which sets him up for a fighting chance.

Tchaikovsky

Strong win to break his maiden at Gosford winning by 2L at the post. Solid in the G2 Todman the run before too. Video footage shows him solid through the line suggesting the extra distance will suit.

Oohood

Covered more ground in the Blue Diamond and finished with the fastest late sectional. Fastest late again in the Slipper with the pattern against. This race looks made for her.

Pretty To Sea

Ran third, 0.8L behind Harmattan over 1400m two starts back. Total forgive run at her latest when she practically stood still down the length of the straight boxed in. Last start over the mile prior she smashed her opposition by 5L. Good chance at odds.

Bendigo Market Movers

Bendigo

Harrison

Looks as though he might want further than this but on the back of his Mornington Cup effort should still be good enough over 2400m here. Expect the speed should be true at worst which will work in his favour.

Superhard

His two career winning runs suggest that he has some class about him. Looked good in his recent trial. Expect a great show.

Kiwia

Comes off a solid Spring campaign where he won the Coongy and then was runner-up in the Bendigo Cup. He is 2-0-1 from three runs over the mile and won his only second-up start. Rates well and should give this a shake.
