* Considered the market impact of scratchings that occurred after the opening prices were taken.
NOMOTHAJ
Backs-up after a big 'forgive run' first-up in the Magic Millions. Was excellent on debut before winning against solid opposition. Big tick winning at this track and distance on that occasion too.
FANATIC
Mixes it with better opposition here than previous starts but gets a few key things in her favour. Notably a 3kg drop in weights and a fitness edge on her key rivals. Solid claims.
OREGON'S DAY
Ticks allot of boxes here. Well drawn for this course and possesses enough early speed to get a good position when settling. Closed fast over 1100m when fresh last preparation and gets a distance to suit this time.
SEATTLE PARK
Chewed up the extra ground at his recent outing gapping the field by 1.5L to take the honours. There is some pace in the race which will suit his finishing burst again and Flemington provides ample room for another late, wide run home.
ODEON
Didn't fire at this track and distance when first-up last prep. Was eased back after drawing wide that time but draws barrier 2 here which should see him get a good position in the running. Was only 2.5kg away in the G1 Mackinnon (WFA) and has won first-up.
CLIFF'S EDGE
Not hard to work out why the punters are coming for this boy again. Two excellent runs this campaign winning in style first-up and then jumping from a wide gate and racing out there but still managing to give it a shake with weight on his back. Wide gate here but looks good enough to overcome it.
ALOISIA
Proven contender at this distance. First-up run commands respect. Won second-up last time in a top notch G1 1000 Guineas field over the mile. Looks ready to give this a shake.
MALIBU STYLE
Wasn't far off Crystal Dreamer in the spring over 1100m. Meets him 4kg better this time. Fresh form is okay but the market move suggests he will be ready.

JUST SHINE
Looks to have come on since breaking his maiden last preparation. Up in grade here but well worth a look. Notched up two wins from as many recent starts and drops further in the weights here. A couple of leaders amongst the field should provide a moderate tempo at worst to suit another big finish.
ARBEITSAM
Lost by 1.25L to Care To Think last start and meets him 1.5kg better this time around. Front runner who is likely to get conditions to suit at Randwick. Top contender.
SHUMOOKH
Not much between her and Alizee last start. Draws a better barrier than her opponent this time. Likely leader here, and with a bit of dampness on the track, conditions look well in her favour.
