Saturday racing tips from Rick Morris
Eagle Farm Race 4 Tip #8 Pull Anchor $2.70
This mare is back to the right trip today, with all of her three wins having come over this 1200m distance.
The Tony Gollan trained galloper was ridden cold near the rear in those victories and accelerated at a rate of knots to get the prize.
Ryan Maloney rides her again after a second placing last start. She couldn't go with the winner Lunar Light over the concluding stages over 1400m, which suggests the drop back in distance today will be more suitable.
Expect Maloney to sum up the race during the run and if the pace is on early, he will drop her back in the field.
The gun hoop will give her time to wind up and she will be the one finishing the hardest over the top of them.
She' s a great chance here to break through.

Caulfield Race 6 Tip #4 Behemoth $3.20
I expect this superstar to win the Futurity Stakes before going on to claim the All Star Mile.
He strings his wins together and if we forget about The Everest flop, he has put up a picket fence.
It was a great return at Morphettville over the 1100m, after he sat just off-the-pace and put away the inferior opposition as expected.
He is 3 from 3 at the track and distance and gets the services of Olly, from an ideal alley.
He won the Memsie Stakes second-up last prep from barrier 2 and can repeat the dose in this.

Caulfield Race 6 Tip #4 Behemoth $3.20
He's a giant galloper who returned to racing looking better than ever with a first-up win in Adelaide.
He loves the Caulfield 1400 metres, where he has two Group One races.
Expect him to get a great run on the speed and prove too good.

Wagga Race 3 Tip #3 Viking Power $5.00
I thought this galloper was given a nice trial before his first career run in October, but it turns out that hit-out wasn't against much.
On the other hand, the form from the debut performance has been franked.
The winner went on to salute again, whilst the 2nd and 3rd placed horses have also tasted victory since.
Viking Power didn't get the best run in that clash and always had a horse backside in front of him, but was still going through the line well enough.
Should be suited over more ground.

Ascot Race 5 Tip #4 Pletto $3.10
Pletto is a lightly raced 5YO having only her 10th career start, and she hasn't missed a top 3 finish to date
The form around cerise and white Saturday city winners, Dark Mission and Leading Girl, reads well for this 58+ and her first-up run at Pinjarra suggests she has returned in even better order.
Pletto steps up to the 1500m here, which looks like it should suit.
She drops in grade for this second-up assignment and looks to have a hold on her rivals in this race.
The speed in the event does look to be average.
From barrier 8, expect Pateman to settle midfield with cover and get moving in the three-wide line if he can.
If not, he will have to use his own momentum and sustain a run which will be fine.
I'm excited to see this horse progress as she stretches out over further and hopefully this is the prep it starts to come together for her.
