We head to one of Victoria's premier country racecourses on Tuesday afternoon, for a competitive eight race card.
The track is currently rated a Good 4 and the rail is out 5m for the entire circuit.
Punters should expect an even racing surface, with all runners getting their chance down the long 420m Bendigo straight.
Bendigo Race 4 Tip #8 Energy Raider $2.35
This mare by VRC Derby winner Rebel Raider is bred to stay.
She's placed 4 times from 6 attempts, including a 0.6 length 3rd at Geelong over 2440m.
Her recent placings are a solid guide to her form, as a few of those who finished around her have since come out and won.
The Dabernig/Hayes trained mare will relish the step up to 2400m at her third-up run and she gains the services of experienced hoop Luke Nolan.
From barrier 11, look for Nolan to take up a position in the second half of the field and work her forward on straightening.
She should be strong enough to burst through the field and hold off any late swoopers.
Bendigo Race 6 Tip #1 Zero Doubt $9.50
This clear top-rated galloper looks well suited over the 1300m trip first-up.
He has two city wins to his name, with one of those victories at Sandown in a BM70 over 1600m two starts back.
Apprentice Mikaela Lawrence claims 3kg, which gets him down to a weight of 60.5 kgs.
From barrier 9, the youngster will just need to keep her nerve early in the run and slot in to find some cover.
The long straight will suit him well and if he can get some favours in the run, he will be very hard to hold out at a nice price.
