This weeks market movers feature a select few runners that have been subject to attention from pro money. Many have featured in this column before which is always a good sign that they have a strong SP profile.

Rosehill Tips from early market moves

Amercement 

Was good in the Group 3 Gimcrack on debut when finished 4 of 14 after encountering interference at the 200m. Could make a case she should have finished closer that day after being checked at the vital stage.

The two trials prior to this race have been excellent and she must also be showing the Godolphin staff plenty at home to warrant the strong market support. Top hope.  

 

Ljunberg  

Started a short price favourite ($1.65) last start when they only crawled in front and he was caught wide, making it near impossible for him to chase down the leaders.

He should get the tempo to suit on this occasion and from the favourable draw in gate 1 can find the coveted 'leader's back' position to be in perfect striking position.

Gets all the speed map favours this time out and the money looks spot on. Yes.

 

Nahuel 

Was heavily backed last start ($4.40 into $3.40 late) and duly saluted at Canterbury when chased hard and ran right through the line. 

This is harder and has more depth however he looks right up to it and the extra 100m will suit.

Could be an emerging stayer with stakes grade ability in the Autumn. 

 

 

Caulfield Tips from early market moves   

Mystyko   

Loves to lead and dictate and is likely to carve across from gate 9 to do that here.

He has the coveted Star Fall form which has stood up around the country in recent times and appears to be very strong.

The 3kg claim for rider Chelsea Hall is a massive bonus and the horse always travels well for this girl.

Stable confidence is huge and they can easily bring up the hattrick of wins here.  

 

Antah

Is often the subject of strong support in betting and the healthy historical SP profile adds plenty of confidence. 

The pro punters have launched again here and the horse must have come on well following the last start win at Pakenham when he fought hard to prevail.

The instructions may be to go forward with only a moderate tempo predicted and this is likely to be a winning move in what will only be a dash home.

 

Mr Money Bags

Was backed off the map two starts back when very dominant at Flemington and again last start at the same venue when he had excuses.

He gets the fast tempo to suit on this occasion and will be steaming home out wide to run over the top. 

Loves a fast run race and will be far too superior late. Expect him to be heavily supported close to the jump. Yes.
