Gosford Race 3 Tip #5 Crimlet $3.40
Her debut run over 1200m at Gosford was full of merit.
She jumped well in that run to sit behind the leaders, before peeling out four wide to get clean air in the straight.
The daughter of Epaulette battled on well to hit the line in third position, but appeared to peak at the 100m mark. This suggests that the drop back to 1100m here will suit.
Instant Attraction claimed line honours in that race and then franked that form after running a narrow second at Canterbury in a BM70 on Friday night.
The booking of in-form jockey Tim Clark is a clear indication that Team Snowden have this filly ready to peak second-up.
Drawn the widest in the small field, expect Clark to ride positively from the gates and sit in behind a predicted hot-speed.
From there, Clark can peel off heels and unleash her over the top late.

Gosford Race 4 Tip #8 Nishka $4.00
This filly by Wandjina first caught my eye in a trial when she finished close up to a few handy Snowden runners, including California Zimbol and Strasbourg.
Since that trial, she has had three starts and looks to be improving on each run.
Two starts ago she was beaten 4 lengths by the in-form Dorothy of Oz and then went down by only 0.8 lengths at her latest start to You Too.
On my speed map she finds a race that has limited on-pace runners, with only one horse likely to provide her company up front. That runner is unraced however, so she'll have the fitness edge.
Given the short Gosford straight, she may just sneak a winning break and prove too hard to catch.
