With Christmas only a fortnight away, plenty of punters gave their followers some extra spending money over the past week.

In fact, they dominated the media experts, who could barely register a winning tip for the most part.

While there were a few experts who cracked the top 10 for most cash profit, it was the punters who showed their class.

One of the standout performances came from pro punter Methoman.

This New South Welshman recorded a huge profit of $6,630 from $100 win bets, after 5 of his tips got home at a fat average price of $16.26.

But it was Methoman's accuracy that really stood out.

Incredibly, he tipped with a winning strike rate of 33%.

Considering that the average price of his winners was in excess of the $15 mark, this is an outstanding effort.

His standout selection would have to been Etah James, which booted home at $45.90 odds in the Pakenham Cup on Saturday.

But Deepspunta18 wasn't the only one who got a hold of Etah James.

Pro punter Nspinks3 also tipped the Pakenham cup victor, on top of three other good winners over the past seven days.

This drove a cash profit of $3,760 from $100 win bets, and a 145% POT.

After doing enough to earn a mention as one of November's tipsters of the month, he has backed that form up in December.
