Ben Asgari Tips Ben Asgari (VIC)

$390 cash profit, 23% POT Follow

Over the past few seasons, Racing.com has sought to challenge SKY Racing's monopoly of horse racing broadcasting in Australia.

They focus on the racing scene in Victoria and South Australia, and like SKY Racing, have a talented stable of experts who love nothing more than tipping a winner.

This weekly article will review these Racing.com tips for you, to provide an indication of who is bringing in a profit.

And just like last week, Ben Asgari delivered.

The Persian Prince is without a doubt one of Racing.com's best young form analysts.

After bagging a big haul last week, Asgari backed it up by steering his followers into a cash profit of $390 this time.

But with a bit of luck, the profit could've been so much bigger.

That's because 12 of Asgari's Racing.com tips found a place.

This included 4 placings at the Moonee Valley meet on Saturday, with horses like Bella Vera unlucky not to greet the judge.

Over the whole week, Asgari did manage 4 winners, at an impressive average price of $5.22.

With the form he's in, plenty of punters will be loading up on Asgari's racing tips for this weekend.

As good as Asagari was, it was fellow young gun Matt Welsh who claimed the top gong this week.

It was just by a whisker, with Welsh's Racing.com tips generating $400 in cash profit, and a 25% POT.

Welsh tipped 6 winners over the week, at an impressive strike rate of 38%.

This consistency is one of Welsh's strengths as a tipster.

In fact, he has now found a profit in 7 out of his previous 10 tipping days.

This kind of consistent form is exactly what punters are looking for when deciding on which tipsters they want to follow.

With Racing.com's young generation showing plenty of promise, the broadcaster looks like it'll stick around for a while yet.
