9/11/19 Horse racing tips from early market movers

Bookie blunders
As the Flemington carnival draws to a close, punters are still active in identifying the mispriced runners on the final day.
We have also found several runners at Rosehill where the strong market support indicates that the bookies went up with the wrong price in early betting markets.
As always, another market push close to start time would add extreme confidence.

Sophia’s Choice
Is chasing the hat-trick after two solid wins in provincial grade, where she overcame difficulty in both races (held up and wide).
Given any luck here there is no reason why she can’t make the leap to city class.
She has Dunn onboard and the favourable draw (gate 1) will allow her to punch up into an ideal position in the running.
Gallic Chieftain
Is all quality and probably unlucky not to win the Metropolitan at Randwick two starts back.
This looks much easier and he is now rock hard fit.
He will go back from barrier 6 and will hope there is some form of tempo up front. With any speed in the race, he is sure to be charging late. Yes.
Noble Boy
Is a Kosciuszko horse from Sydney who arrives in Melbourne following a 4 of 10 finish in the Goulburn Cup.
They are very unique form lines for a race like this, however the market loves him and it may pay to follow.
Should be charging late from well back in the field.
Melody Belle
Could not have been more impressive last start in the Empire Rose, where she absolutely brained them.
This race is clearly harder however the manner in which she won last start will hold her in great stead.
Just needs to hold form to be winning this. Yes.

Re Edit
Has the famous Waller polish and although well beaten by a smart one (Master Of Wine) last start, this looks much easier.
She was severely checked at her recent outing, and was simply no hope from that point on in the race.
Certainly worth anther chance here now that she's way down in grade.
Pressure
The Cumani stable are very shrewd and the money is usually spot on.
Although beaten last start, he did win the two starts prior and does look above average.
Dolan's claim (1.5kg) will help and they have not travelled here for fun. Very wary.
Maid Of Ore
Was ultra impressive at Randwick last start when she led and gave nothing else a chance.
She has now won 4 in a row and it takes very good one to do that.
Although she has drawn wide-out in gate 15, expect connections to leave nothing to chance and have her carve across to lead again. Should prove very hard to pass.
Blaze A Trail
First starter form the Snowden yard who has been readied with two excellent barrier trial performances (won both).
The stable are ultra consistent and if the money is around it is usually right.
The Tim Clark booking is also a tick as his management have a knack of identifying the right horse to be on. Yes.
